One of my favorite episodes I filmed for Asian Voices TV is airing this Saturday, October 17th at 2pm, Pacific Time on Channel 4SD (OC3 in Orange County and TvK in Los Angeles). The entire episode is focused on showcasing various local Asian restaurants. I had the pleasure of meeting, interviewing and sampling cuisine from four successful restaurateurs.

I am honored to shine the spotlight on local businesses who keep our economy thriving and fed. The mission of Asian Voices is to feature amazing talent in Southern California and culinary art plays such a big role in our culture, yet the master chefs and restaurateurs aren’t always recognized. This tasty episode of Asian Voices will whet your appetite while recognizing those behind the Asian culinary scene. Oh, and I am obsessed with watching Food Network, so filming this episode allowed me live out my dream as the female version of Guy Fieri!
